【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheprocedurefordeterminingthehardenabilityofsteelbytheend-quenchorJominytest.Thetestconsistsofwaterquenchingoneendofacylindricaltestspecimen1.0in.indiameterandmeasuringthehardeningresponseasafunctionofthedistancefromthequenchedend.1.1Thesetestmethodscovertheidentificationanddescriptionoftestmethodsfordeterminingthehardenabilityofsteels.Thetwotestmethodsincludethequantitativeend-quenchorJominyTestandamethodforcalculatingthehardenabilityofsteelfromthechemicalcompositionbasedontheoriginalworkbyM.A.Grossman.1.2Theselectionofthetestmethodtobeusedfordeterminingthehardenabilityofagivensteelshallbeagreeduponbetweenthesupplieranduser.TheCertifiedMaterialTestReportshallstatethemethodofhardenabilitydetermination.1.3Thecalculationmethoddescribedinthesetestmethodsisapplicableonlytotherangeofchemicalcompositionsthatfollow:

【摘要】:ThemethodofclassificationgiveninthispartofISO4433servestodeterminethechemicalresistanceofunplasticizedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-U),high-impactpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-HI)andchlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-C)pipesdesignedfortheconveyanceofliquidsintheabsenceofpressureandstress(e.g.duetoearthloadsortrafficloads,dynamicorinternalstresses).Todeterminethechemicalresistance,themethodusesthechangeinmassandthechangesintensilepropertieswhichresultfromtheimmersionoftestpieces,takenfromsuchpipes,inliquidchemicals.TheimmersiontestiscarriedoutinaccordancewithISO4433-1.ThispartofISO4433isalsoapplicabletoPVC-Usheetsasappropriate.
