【摘要】:ThisEuropeanProductStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsofoperationalandtechnicalrequirementsfortheoverallsystemdesignaswellassafetyacceptanceandapproval,maintenance,modificationsandextensionsoftheradioremotecontrolsystemfortheuseintherailwaynetworkinrelationshipwithotherEuropeanStandards.ThisEuropeanProductStandardappliesonlyfortheuseofradioremotecontrolsystemsforfreighttraffic.Iftheradioremotecontrolsystemismodifiedinsuchawaythatthesystemsafetymaybecompromiseditisnecessarythatsafetyreviewsarecarriedoutthroughoutthesystemlifecycle.ThisEuropeanProductStandardisnotapplicabletoexistingsystems(i.e.thosewhichhadalreadybeenacceptedpriortothecreationofthisstandard).HoweverasfarasreasonablypracticablethisEuropeanProductStandardappliestomodificationsandextensionstoexistingsystems.
