【摘要】:WavenumbercalibrationisanimportantpartofRamananalysis.ThecalibrationofaRamanspectrometerisperformedorcheckedfrequentlyinthecourseofnormaloperationandevenmoreoftenwhenworkingathighresolution.Todate,themostcommonsourceofwavenumbervaluesiseitheremissionlinesfromlow-pressuredischargelamps(forexample,mercury,argon,orneon)orfromthenon-lasingplasmalinesofthelaser.Thereareseveralgoodcompilationsofthesewell-establishedvalues(1-8).3Thedisadvantagesofusingemissionlinesarethatitcanbedifficulttoalignlampsproperlyinthesamplepositionandthelaserwavelengthmustbeknownaccurately.Withargon,krypton,andotherionlaserscommonlyusedforRamanthelatterisnotaproblembecauselasingwavelengthsarewellknown.Withtheadventofdiodelasersandotherwavelength-tunablelasers,itisnowoftenthecasethattheexactlaserwavelengthisnotknownandmaybedifficultortime-consumingtodetermine.Inthesesituationsitismoreconvenienttousesamplesofknownrelativewavenumbershiftforcalibration.Unfortunately,accuratewavenumbershiftshavebeenestablishedforonlyafewchemicals.ThisguideprovidestheRamanspectroscopistwithaverageshiftvaluesdeterminedinsevenlaboratoriesforsevenpurecompoundsandoneliquidmixture.1.1ThisguidecoversRamanshiftvaluesforcommonliquidandsolidchemicalsthatcanbeusedforwavenumbercalibrationofRamanspectrometers.TheguidedoesnotincludeproceduresforcalibratingRamaninstruments.Instead,thisguideprovidesreliableRamanshiftvaluesthatcanbeusedasacomplementtolow-pressurearclampemissionlineswhichhavebeenestablishedwithahighdegreeofaccuracyandprecision.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Someofthechemicalsspecifiedinthisguidemaybehazardous.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisguidetoconsultmaterialsafetydatasheetsandotherpertinentinformationtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortotheiruse.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
