【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversarapidportablemeansforfieldandlaboratoryusetoratetheabilityofkerosine-typeaviationturbinefuels,bothneatandthosecontainingadditives,toreleaseentrainedoremulsifiedwaterwhenpassedthroughfiberglasscoalescingmaterial.1.1.1Thistestmethodisapplicabletokerosine-typeaviationturbinefuelsincluding:JetAandJetA-1(asdescribedinSpecificationD1655);JP-5,JP-7,JP-8,andJP-8+100.(SeeSection6.)1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningstatements,see8.2-8.5.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththetechniquesforsamplingfreegasesfromgas-collectingrelaysandforsamplingoilfromoil-filledequipmentsuchaspowerandinstrumenttransformers,reactors,bushings,oil-filledcablesandoil-filledtank-typecapacitors.Threemethodsofsamplingfreegasesandthreemethodsofsamplingoilaredescribed;thechoicebetweenthemethodsoftendependsontheapparatusavailableandonthequantityofoilneededforanalysis.Beforeanalysingthegasesdissolvedinoil,theymustfirstbeextractedfromtheoil.Threebasicmethodsaredescribed,oneusingextractionbyvacuum(Toeplerandpartialdegassing),anotherbydisplacementofthedissolvedgasesbybubblingthecarriergasthroughtheoilsample(stripping),andthelastonebypartitionofgasesbetweentheoilsampleandasmallvolumeofthecarriergas(headspace).Thegasesareanalysedquantitativelyafterextractionbygaschromatography;amethodofanalysisisdescribed.Freegasesfromgas-collectingrelaysareanalysedwithoutpreliminarytreatment.Thepreferredmethodforassuringtheperformanceofthegasextractionandanalysisequipment,consideredtogetherasasinglesystem,istodegassamplesofoilpreparedinthelaboratoryandcontainingknownconcentrationsofgases("gas-in-oilstandards")andquantitativelyanalysethegasesextracted.Twomethodsofpreparinggas-in-oilstandardsaredescribed.Fordailycalibrationchecksofthechromatograph,itisconvenienttouseastandardgasmixturecontainingasuitableknownamountofeachofthegascomponentstobeinasimilarratiotothecommonsratiosofthegasesextractedfromtransformeroils.Thetechniquesdescribedtakeaccount,ontheonehand,oftheproblemspeculiartoanalysesassociatedwithacceptancetestinginthefactory,wheregascontentsofoilaregenerallyverylowand,ontheotherhand,oftheproblemsimposedbymonitoringequipmentinthefield,wheretransportofsamplesmaybebyun-pressurizedairfreightandwhereconsiderabledifferencesinambienttemperaturemayexistbetweentheplantandtheexamininglaboratory.
